Smile Montana Scholarship

Apply for a $1000 scholarship granted by John F. Miller, DDS.

1. One $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to a student in each of the following high schools; Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Glacier, Flathead, Bigfork and Eureka.

2. Selection of scholarship recipient is based on quality of essay first and then other information provided is considered. Grammar and structure of essay is important as well as content.

3. Applicant must be a graduating senior planning to attend a post-secondary institution in 2025.

4. Application must be submitted by April 15th. Physical copies can be returned to school counselor or a digital copy can be emailed to marketing@smilemontana.com. Digital files should be a single PDF including all required documents. Please do not send word files, google doc links or multiple files.
